We only offer free shipping to customers who live in the lower 48 United States. We DO NOT ship free to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Handling Time: Normally after your payment has cleared, we will ship out your order within 24 hours. If your order is being shipped out from one of our offsite warehouses, it will generally be about 1-2 business days until your shipping label will be printed. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out. We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Central Standard Time. We do not process orders on the weekend.
