Marketplace items are not returnable to Walmart.com or Walmart stores.
Returns & Exchanges- Items can be returned within 30 days of date received. Items should be returned in their original packaging including all of the items accessories. Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipment.
Defective & Damaged products -Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method. Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of date received. If an item is received damaged, our Customer Service must be contacted within 7 days of item received. Customer is responsible to contact our Customer Service to acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized Returns Items received without an RMA number may not be accepted or may increase your processing time.
Package Intercepts & Refusals- we do not allow package interception for any reason. Any package that is refused by customer and returned without prior notification is subject to a 15% restocking upon refund.
Restocking fee- A standard 15% restocking fee will apply to all return. If you change your mind about a purchase and returns an item within the return window, but we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped, a restocking fee can be deducted up to 50%
