We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, DISC, MC, and VISA.
If I pay with PayPal, will you ship to an unconfirmed address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.
What are your shipping policies?
Commercial Bargains offers expedited and overnight shipping on most of our products as well as free shipping on all orders to the Lower 48 United States.
What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are processed in the order they are received Monday thru Friday. If your payment is received after 12:00 PM Central Standard Time or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we will pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there's ever a problem with an order, we will contact you right away. Some items are custom built to order, or shipped from an alternate warehouse, or even directly from a manufacturer.
What shipping methods do you have available?
All US ground orders are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation in all cases and signature confirmation in some cases. Freight shipments will be from a variety of carriers depending on your delivery location.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
The tracking number provided by the shipping company will be your best guide to estimating arrival times. Standard ground delivery time is 2-7 business days.
How much are the shipping fees?
In most cases, standard shipping is free. There are exceptions for freight as well as express services. Prices will be clearly identified at checkout time for standard service. Special cases and exceptions can be clarified via phone before you complete your purchase.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a company based in the state of Wisconsin (Milwaukee County), we are required by state law to charge 5.6% sales tax when selling or shipping to other Wisconsin addresses.
Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Absolutely! Come visit us 8am - 4pm Monday-Friday CST.
What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately! Take good notes. Keep track of times. The more details you can provide, the better solution we can provide for you. Receiving a damaged item does NOT qualify you for an immediate refund, but it DOES qualify you for free replacement parts or a replacement item and help!
