Be sure to clean your array after each use for longer lasting performance. Clean with dish soap and water, then soak in 100% white vinegar for 10 minutes or soak in 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar for 30 minutes. If more than one person is using the array, soak in a hospital grade disinfectant for 10 to 30 minutes, rinse with water and let air dry.
How Many Sessions Are They Good For?Each detox array can deliver between 50-60 sessions if properly cleaned and maintained. The stainless steel material allows our detox arrays to last twice as long as our competitors.
Special Note: The BioEnergiser foot bath is not compatible with our detox arrays. There is a special adapter you can use to convert plug types but we do not suggest it.

Handling Time: Normally after your payment has cleared, we will ship out your order within 24 hours. If your order is being shipped out from one of our offsite warehouses, it will generally be about 1-2 business days until your shipping label will be printed. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out. We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Central Standard Time. We do not process orders on the weekend.
Sales tax: Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: WI (Wisconsin) 5.6%.
Damage In Shipping: We will work with you to get the case resolved in the fastest method possible working with the appropriate shipping providers, and getting you a replacement item quicker than if you had filed a claim with the shipping provider yourself.
Freight Shipping Information: Hassle free freight shipping. We ship to your doorstep. In some cases we can give you a discount if your delivery address is a business address with a dock and forklift access. We may contact you for more information regarding your shipment if needed.
